On Tuesday, the FCC issued a Notice of Violation to the licensee of a low-power radio station serving a portion of South Florida as part of “The Voice of the Caribbean” for far exceeding its licensed power output. A second LPFM that’s a simulcast partner, owned by a different licensee, has apparently done the same thing.Please visit
