Derek & Sheila Underhill’s UBC Inc. acquires Shopping/Talk 1400 KSHP/107.1 K296HP North Las Vegas NV from William Pollack’s Las Vegas Broadcasting for $180,000. The buyers also own KD Radio, Inc. which holds four stations in New Mexico including Oldies 1240 KDSK Los Ranchos de Albuquerque/92.9 K225CH Rio Rancho/92.7 KDSK-FM Grants, Classic Country 840 KDNF Belen/Albuquerque and 980 KMIN/104.3 K282BW Grants.
