Christopher Cook’s XCVR Corp. will purchase a 50% stake in Anco Media Group and its Dance “Revolution 93.5” WBGF Belle Glade/WZFL Islamorada/W228BY Miami FL from Marco Mazzoli for $800,000. Mazzoli will continue to hold 40% of the company, while Stefania Pittaluga’s 10% share remains unchanged.
