He had been associated with a Mayfield, Ky., AM radio station since 1976 and orchestrated its “revitalization” by adding an FM translator to the mix. On July 27, 2025, he passed away at the age of 72. Now, the radio properties owned by the late Jim Moore are heading to a new owner.
