CapRadio Settles Litigation With KVIE Over Tower Ownership

Capital Public Radio, the parent organization of Classical 88.9 KXPR and Public News/Talk 90.9 KXJZ Sacramento CA, has entered into a comprehensive settlement agreement with KVIE Inc. and the Capital Public Radio Endowment to conclude all pending litigation between CapRadio and KVIE Real Estate Holdings, LLC, and any related disputes among the parties.
