In the Matter of Authorizing Permissive Use of the “Next Generation” Broadcast Television Standard

Certain rule subsections relating to ATSC 3.0 applications were inadvertently removed from the CFR, and this Order restores those subsections. This amendment to the Rules does not change any regulatory obligations.
