Randolph Holder Jr.’s Clarke Broadcasting Corporation is selling Classic Hits “Star 92.7” KZSQ-FM Sonora, “Country 93.5” KKBN Twain Harte, and News/Talk 1450 KVML/102.7 K274CG Sonora CA to Jason Banks’ Mountain OmniMedia for $1.8 million. Banks began operating the stations and the company’s MyMotherLode.com news platform via Time Brokerage Agreement on November 1.
