FCC Report 1/11: KRLC Cancelled After Failure To Respond To Inquiry

FCC Seal 2020 Federal Communications CommissionThe FCC has cancelled McVey Entertainment Group’s 1350 KRLC and 93.1 K226CT Lewiston ID noting that the station has been off the air or operating with unauthorized facilities since at least September 1, 2023. The FCC sent the licensee a letter in December 2024 giving them 45 days to provide evidence that the station returned to the air between 9/1/23 and 9/1/24, which was never responded to. The station itself announced its sign-off of its Classic Country brand on August 31, 2023 after the loss of its tower site. Its former studios at the AM tower location were burned down in November as part of a fire training exercise.

KSUN Community Radio Corporation has turned in the license of “KSUN” 101.1 KDBN Parachute CO.

Centro Cristiano De Vida Enterna’s 94.3 W232CK Gary IN was cancelled by the FCC The commission had sent a letter in August showing it had been off the air or operating with unauthorized facilities since at least May 15, 2024, which received no response.
