Weekly Log: KQRS Stunting; KLTC Adds FM Translator

KQRS is running jockless and telling listeners to come back on April 3. Elsewhere, Dickinson’s KLTC has added an FM translator and the St. Paul Saints will be on broadcast TV outside of Minneapolis for the first time.
