By accessing or using The Radio's Dial at radionews.blog (the "Site") or subscribing to Dialed In (the newsletter), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. 2. Description of Service

The Radio's Dial is an automated news aggregation service that collects and displays headlines and excerpts from publicly available RSS feeds published by third-party radio industry news sources. The Site also publishes Dialed In, a weekly curated newsletter summarizing significant radio industry news. The Company does not author the aggregated articles and is not responsible for their content.

3. Intellectual Property

The Radio's Dial brand, site design, and original editorial content in Dialed In (the newsletter) are the property of Bosworth Media Group LLC. Aggregated article content, headlines, images, and excerpts remain the property of their respective original publishers. You may not reproduce or distribute the Site's original content without prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, scrape or systematically download content in a manner that burdens our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems, transmit spam or malware, or misrepresent your identity in connection with the Site.

5. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to Dialed In, you consent to receive weekly email communications from The Radio's Dial. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email or at radionews.blog/unsubscribe. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that generate spam complaints or violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BOSWORTH MEDIA GROUP LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
