People misunderstand failure every single day.
In fact, life and what happens here on Earth is misunderstood.
Life is not fair.
No one owes us anything.Ever.
Now that we squared that away.

We cannot control other people. Cut that out.
We cannot control the things that will happen in life. Let it go.
We all struggle with setbacks in life.
Let me share that life on Earth involves gravity 100% of the time.
The smartest people have a fundamental understanding of there being an ebb and flow to life. A ying and yang.
Lives, careers, marriages all have ups and downs.
Notice I didn’t say that successful people always win.
That’s not true. In other words, let’s slow this down. If you think someone is successful at everything they touch, I promise you haven’t looked close enough and you don’t know the whole story.
I want you to know that failure is a part of everyone’s success.
That’s why comebacks are so amazing.
That’s why winning feels sooooo good.
There is no light without darkness and no darkness without light.
What goes up must come down. Well, surely that means that what goes down must come up again.

I talk to people all over the U.S. and Canada every single week and I’ve been doing it a long time. You can even listen to some of the conversations in my podcast called The Encouragers The Radio Rally podcast (Apple, Audible, Spotify). People ask me all the time:
“What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?“
I don’t even hesitate: “Just keep going.”
Be on the move.
Invest in yourself. Criticism will come. So what? Keep going.
You want to allow a temporary setback to get you down. Get out of here. Everyone has them.
It’s life.
I have a mentor. Do you?
I self-educate all the time because I can’t know enough. Do you?
If you are still breathing it isn’t too late for your comeback.
Get up.
Plant your feet. Call someone positive. Pick me. I don’t care. 864.448.4169.
We are here to encourage one another. No one truly accomplishes anything great on their own.
If you are still alive, it ain’t over.
You can accomplish more than you think – not less.
Upgrade your friends. Upgrade the people you know. Network.
Just keep going.
It’s your turn. Failure is not the end of your turn. It’s part of the journey.
Just don’t allow others to dismiss you or tell you that you can’t do something.
I’ll tell you right now that these people don’t know one single thing about the future. Why should you listen to them?
