Norsan Media has filed to exercise its option to purchase 104.9 KTXX-FM Bee Cave and 105.3 K287FG Austin from Genuine Austin Radio. Norsan began operating the two stations in August 2023 via Time Brokerage Agreement and will now exercise their option to purchase the two signals outright for $4 million.
