FCC Monitor: Minn. FM Translator to Stay On Air During AM Tower Work

The FCC says a Minnesota FM translator can stay on the air while its AM parent station is temporarily off the air. Elsewhere, low-power TV stations in Fargo and Sioux Falls have upgraded.
