“I am 78 and it is time to smell the roses.” That’s what Dan Viles told RBR+TVBR in late January with the announcement that he’s selling his low-power TV station serving New York’s Capital Region and the Catskills. Now, the FCC has granted the transfer of control request associated with the deal.
